## Decide whether a color treatment is the work you need {#section-1}

Presets are optional color adjustments. Color Pop adds richer color and a little contrast. Vivid pushes saturation further. Auto Enhance adjusts brightness and contrast with light sharpening. Compare the real preview and keep the original when you prefer it.

- Presets use no AI credits. Physical printing, a staff File Fix service you selected, and other AI or preparation actions remain separate.
- A preset does not fix words, remove a background, create missing detail, match an exact brand or ink color, or approve print quality.
- Each treatment starts from the uploaded original. Choosing another preset replaces that treatment rather than stacking adjustments.

Owned demonstration artwork processed with the preset helper. This is a screen comparison, not a physical print sample or a product UI capture.

## Preview and compare one design {#section-2}

1. **Step 1** Open Bulk upload in the Gang Sheet Builder, select your files and wait for their originals to finish uploading and checking. Open the design you want to review.

2. **Step 2** Choose Color presets in the editor. On a narrow screen the button is labeled Presets. The design must still be editable and outside Fix with AI handling.

3. **Step 3** Choose Color Pop, Vivid or Auto Enhance. Wait for the preview, then drag the comparison slider to inspect pale areas, dark details, small text and edges against the original.

4. **Step 4** Try the other treatments if useful. Original stops the pending preset preview. A preview has not applied a change to your saved artwork.

> **Keep in mind** A preview is reduced for viewing. Check the intended physical print size and the applied result too. A current-design preview does not show what every other design in a batch will look like.

Genuine guarded local product capture with owned artwork. A screen comparison does not certify printed color.

## Choose the group and read the actual count {#section-3}

- The scope controls appear when the workspace has more than one design.
- Designs without a saved original, designs using Fix with AI, and designs already added to the sheet are skipped.
- Apply to at most 50 eligible designs at a time. For a larger batch, select smaller groups and inspect each group before continuing.

| Scope | What it means |
| --- | --- |
| This design | The design open in the editor, if eligible. |
| Selected | The current selected group. Check its displayed count; Selected is unavailable without a selection. |
| All uploads | The current workspace uploads, filtered for eligibility. It does not mean all designs in your account or earlier orders. |

> **Keep in mind** The Apply label shows the eligible count. Read any skipped message before applying. An eligible design can still fail during application, so the final changed count matters too.

Actual three-design local batch: two eligible uploads and one skipped AI-handled upload. Larger groups still have the 50-eligible-design Apply limit.

## Apply and inspect the saved result {#section-4}

1. **Step 1** Confirm the preset, scope and eligible count. Choose Apply only when you intend to keep that treatment for that group.

2. **Step 2** Wait for the result message. Check how many designs changed and whether any were not changed. Do not treat a preview or a failed Apply as a saved edit.

3. **Step 3** Inspect each affected design. The result you preferred on one image may be too strong on another.

> **Keep in mind** Selecting a preset does not cancel an existing staff File Fix choice. Review how each design should print as well as its color treatment.

## Restore the uploaded original before adding to the sheet {#section-5}

1. **Step 1** For one applied design, reopen Color presets and choose Restore uploaded original. This is the saved reset action; choosing Original in the preview choices is different.

2. **Step 2** Immediately after applying, the editor may offer Undo, or Undo on all for the group just changed. Read that label before using it. The group shortcut is not a permanent batch history.

3. **Step 3** Inspect the restored design. Apply another treatment only if you prefer it, then confirm the version you intend to use.

> **Keep in mind** Application and restoration skip a design already added to the sheet. They do not rewrite a placed, paid or printed version. Review the sheet and return to an editable upload if you need a new version.

Original exits a preview. Restore uploaded original is the separate saved reset action. Actual local mobile capture.

## Continue with the version you checked {#section-6}

1. **Step 1** Check the chosen artwork version, words, background, edges, physical dimensions and copy quantities.

2. **Step 2** Complete the normal size and artwork-review steps, then add the ready designs to the sheet.

3. **Step 3** Inspect the sheet again. For an ordinary or staff-handled upload, the matching applied preset version is used; restoring beforehand returns it to the uploaded original. Check the order details before checkout.

## Recover when controls or results are unavailable {#section-7}

| What you see | What to do |
| --- | --- |
| Still uploading or checking | Wait for the saved original. Retry a failed upload with the source file. |
| Fix with AI selected | Review that artwork route. Presets do not edit its AI candidate; do not switch routes just to reveal a button. |
| Prepared AMS ProFile | Return to an eligible unprepared source for artwork changes, then review and prepare the intended version. |
| Already on the sheet | Review the placed version. Preset apply/restore does not replace it retroactively. |
| Apply count above 50 | Choose smaller groups of at most 50 eligible designs. |
| Preview error or partial application | Keep the original, read the changed/not-changed result and retry only the designs that still need attention. |
| Presets missing on an otherwise eligible upload | Availability can change. Use the original or ask for help with the tool and the state you see. |
